CTM teams up with Uber in Australian first

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) has become the first travel management company in Australia to partner with Uber for Business.

The agreement will allow CTM customers to incorporate Uber for Business into new and existing travel programs.

CTM customers who sign up to Uber for Business can streamline their travel and reporting processes, saving time and money.

Travellers and managers can book business trips directly through the Uber app, while companies can track and consolidate employees’ Uber spend in one portal. It also allows travel managers more effective cost and policy control, as they can set distance, location and financial parameters for users.

According to Uber, businesses can reduce spend on ground transportation by 30% if they shift to the ride-hailing service. They can also make additional savings on expense reporting costs that can now be billed directly to Uber.

Uber for Business can be integrated into the CTM Mobile app and, with the improved traveller data obtained, companies can further enhance their ground transportation programs.
